According to Tert.am, he is now working as the head of security for Armen Ginosyan, known for his political connections and referred to as 'Monarch'. Osipyan, a former Major General of the Armenian Police, is employed by a wealthy Russian figure with criminal reputation, and he is reportedly receiving a significantly high salary for his position.
