Valery Osipyan Becomes Head of Security at 'Monarch' in Russia
Former Chief of Police of Armenia Valery Osipyan has taken on a new role in the Russian Federation. According to Tert.am, he is now working as the head of security for Armen Ginosyan, known for his political connections and referred to as 'Monarch'. Osipyan, a former Major General of the Armenian Police, is employed by a wealthy Russian figure with criminal reputation, and he is reportedly receiving a significantly high salary for his position.
