State Officials Have So Many Resources That They Could Donate 5 Million As Well: Arsen Babayan

Arsen Babayan, former deputy head of the National Assembly staff, wrote on his Facebook page: "This is the list of donors to the electoral fund of the ruling Civil Contract party made in December 2018. There are interesting names on the list who evidently have so many resources that they could donate another 5 million. I wonder how much these individuals have donated to the Armenia All-Armenian Fund? No, there is no systemic corruption in Armenia, not at all..."
