Publications Regarding Davit Khajakyan's Statements Sent to Police

Publications related to the statements made by Davit Khajakyan, the leader of the Yerevan City Council's 'Lus' faction, regarding apparent official forgery at the Yerevan City Hall, have been forwarded to the police.

Aravik Khachatryan, the head of the Public Relations Department of the Office of the General Prosecutor of Armenia, stated this in an interview with 'Armenpress.' She noted, 'Following the instruction of the Yerevan prosecutor, the publications concerning Davit Khajakyan's statements about apparent official forgery at the Yerevan City Hall have been sent to the police for the preparation of materials in accordance with criminal procedural law.'

Davit Khajakyan filed a report with the prosecutor's office regarding a criminal offense related to the transfer of official powers and official forgery at the city hall.
