Live: The National Assembly Continues Its Work

The President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has convened an extraordinary session of the National Assembly today, December 12, in accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 41 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, at the initiative of the Government.

The agenda includes the following bills proposed by the Government:

• On Ratifying the Loan Agreement for the “Tax, Economic, and Public Sector Management Development Policy Loan” between the Republic of Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
• On Ratifying the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (amended by the 2010 Protocol).
• On Amendments and Supplements to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Disciplinary Regulations of the Armed Forces.
• On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Status of Military Units and Military Institutions.
• On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Status of Military Service and Military Servicemen.
• On Amendments and Changes to the Law on Police, among other issues.

Most of the agenda items have already been discussed.
