Vardges Beglaryan and Sergo Karapetyan Face Each Other

Vardges Beglaryan, the president of the “Flash” company, faced off with former Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan during questioning a month and a half ago. Beglaryan shared this information today, December 6, during a conversation with journalists at the courthouse prior to another hearing related to a different case, according to News.am.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, the National Security Service announced that charges had been brought against Beglaryan under the first part of Article 38-179, Section 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

According to reports circulating in the media, Sergo Karapetyan has provided testimony regarding the charges brought against Beglaryan. Furthermore, the charges are part of the same criminal case in which former President Serzh Sargsyan was also charged yesterday.

Beglaryan stated that he has not discussed this matter with Serzh Sargsyan since the charges were brought against him.
