Serzh Sargsyan's Lawyer Files Complaint with Prosecutor General's Office
The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has received a complaint from the lawyer of the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, concerning the functional immunity of his client.
This information was confirmed in a conversation with SHANTNEWS.am by the Prosecutor General's Office. The lawyer stated that the immunity of the third President of Armenia is being violated, and that Sargsyan cannot be prosecuted or held accountable for actions stemming from his status.
