Charges Filed Against Barsegh Beglaryan
The president of the "Flash" company, Barsegh Beglaryan, has been charged. In response to an inquiry, the Investigative Committee informed that Barsegh Beglaryan is charged under Article 38-179, Part 3, Point 1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (for inciting embezzlement of particularly large amounts of money through misappropriation from the state).
