VIDEO: Watch Your Recording from Yesterday, It's Full of Hate Speech, Tantrums. Hakobyan to Samsonyan
“Mr. Melkumyan, you both say not to give instructions and not to interfere in the affairs of the elders, what is that if not giving instructions? You contradict yourselves. There are no elders and minors in this hall who should or shouldn’t interfere in each other’s affairs,” said Hrachya Hakobyan, a member of the ‘My Step’ faction, from the podium of the National Assembly, addressing ‘Prosperous Armenia’ faction MP Mikael Melkumyan.
The ruling faction member also referred to ‘Enlightened Armenia’ faction MP Ani Samsonyan's speech, where the MP spoke about the propaganda of hate speech. “Watch your recording from yesterday, it is entirely full of hate speech, tantrums. There is an interesting thing – you speak in that tone with a force that enjoys the sympathy of the majority of the people, then you go and sit in front of a computer, open Facebook, and see that unpleasant statements are being made about you, but you come here and tell us that we are preaching hate speech. On the contrary, you won’t hear support for such behavior from any official,” concluded Hrachya Hakobyan.
