Tsarukyan Reveals He Does Not Know the Difference Between Project Assignment and Construction Permit: H. Karapetyan

The leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, has shown documents in the National Assembly to prove that he has not engaged in illegal construction. Mr. Tsarukyan's actions reveal that he does not understand the difference between project assignments and construction permits. This was stated by the press secretary of the municipality, Hakob Karapetyan, on his Facebook page.

“I invite my journalist colleagues to the city hall at 12:30, where we will explain the situation and present the relevant documents,” he noted.
