I Invite Mehriban Aliyeva to Artsakh, I Am Also Ready to Go to Baku

I want to invite Mehriban Aliyeva to Artsakh. This was stated today by Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, during a conference on the topic "Women, Peace, and Security of the UN Security Council," speaking about Aliyeva's desire to listen to mugham in Artsakh.

“She can be our guest; we know how to treat our guests, and according to the rules of hospitality, we must entertain our guests with music. We can provide mugham; we can realize her dream, and she can listen to her beloved mugham in Artsakh. But if Mehriban Aliyeva means that their dream is to come to Artsakh and listen to mugham through war, then I assure you that this dream will remain unfulfilled. Not only will it remain unfulfilled, but if they start a new war, new localities will likely appear where listening to mugham will become an unfulfilled dream for them,” said Anna Hakobyan.
