Photos: Major Car Accident in Aragatsotn Province; 24-Year-Old Driver Overturns Stone-Loaded Kamaz
The Second Division of the Second Police Battalion of the Road Police is preparing materials regarding a major car accident that occurred on December 1 in Aragatsotn Province, according to senior investigator Hayk Vardanyan.
Photographer Gagik Shamshyan reports that at around 5:30 PM, a 24-year-old resident of Nerkin Bazmaberd, Sevak G., lost control of his Kamaz 5511 truck with license plate 24 TT 492 at the 8th km of the Talin-Armarvir highway, at a bend, and overturned under still unknown circumstances.
As a result of the accident, driver Sevak G. was transported to the Talin Medical Center for examination. Officers from the first platoon of the Second Division, led by platoon commander Vache Malakyan, arrived at the scene. The photographer reports that the vehicle was loaded with stones.
