Arsen Kharatyan's Lawsuit Against Narek Malyan Accepted for Proceedings
The former advisor to the Prime Minister of Armenia and journalist Arsen Kharatyan filed a lawsuit against Narek Malyan, the former advisor to ex-Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan, on July 24.
Kharatyan announced on his Facebook page that his lawsuit has been accepted for proceedings. The plaintiff seeks to obligate the defendant to publicly apologize and to publicly refute the allegedly defamatory statements.
