As of November 1, at 14:00, following snow removal operations, the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles. This information was provided to the Road Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia by the Armenian Road Department.
