Young Man Who Stabbed Dog Arrested: Ministry of Internal Affairs
On August 10, a woman reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' 112 operational management center that she had witnessed a young man stabbing a dog.
The officers from the Shengavit division of the Community Police responded to the call and clarified that the incident occurred at around 9:00 PM in a park on Shiraz Street, where the young man stabbed one of the dogs present in the area.
Through operational investigative measures taken by the police, the suspect's identity was established. The 29-year-old resident of Yerevan was located, arrested, and transferred to the Shengavit division of the Community Police. He was then presented to the preliminary investigation body with the necessary documents.
