Snow Falling in Several Regions of Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of November 2, at 10:26 AM, the roads in the Republic of Armenia are passable. Light snow is falling in the regions of Aparan and Aragats in Aragatsotn, in the Dilijan bends of Tavush, in Hrazdan of Kotayk, in Sevan and Chambarak of Gegharkunik, in Spitak of Lori, and in Shirak region except for the city of Gyumri. This information has been provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Fog is present on the Goris-Sisian road. According to information from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia regarding Lars, the Stepanstavtinda-Lars road is closed to all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.

Construction work is ongoing on the Vanadzor-Alaverdy-Bagratasen road, resulting in the closure of this section for trucks. The following alternative route has been established: Dilijan-Noyemberyan-Bagratasen.
