If a Child is Attacked, Will We Take Away Parental Rights? Khajakyann

David Khajakyann, the leader of the "Lus" faction of the Yerevan City Council, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Of course, the zoo should have been fenced, and for two consecutive days, the animals in the zoo should not have been attacked by stray dogs. The director was dismissed, which is logical. But do we understand, isn’t the core issue the increasing number of stray packs? And if another attack on a child occurs, will we take away parental rights, or who else will we dismiss?”
