Director of Arpi Lich National Park Submits Resignation
The director of the 'Arpi Lich National Park,' member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, Hovsep Simonian has submitted his resignation. In an interview with NEWS.am, he stated that he is facing health issues: 'I can no longer travel long distances, and the roads are not that good either. I have undergone two major surgeries and have health problems.'
According to Hovsep Simonian, his resignation request has not yet been processed, and the order has not yet been issued.
It is noteworthy that Hovsep Simonian was appointed as the Governor of Shirak Province in March 2016 and, after being relieved of his governor duties in June 2017, was appointed as the director of 'Arpi Lich National Park,' where he served for about 2.5 years.
