Residents of Kond are staging a protest in front of government residences. They are demanding new measurements of their homes and the issuance of updated property certificates.

It is worth noting that for many years, there has been a discussion about the necessity of relocating Kond residents to multi-apartment buildings. Both city authorities and developers, who are ready to undertake the construction of the area, have repeatedly announced this.

Kond residents are concerned that if the relocation occurs, the apartments allocated to them will be smaller than their current homes. The issue is that during the privatization process, courtyards were not taken into account, and according to residents, the area of the actual houses is inaccurately recorded in the documents.
