Ashotyan on Pashinyan's Response to Aliyev: It Was Appropriate
The former vice president of the Republican Party of Armenia, Armen Ashotyan, has addressed Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's remarks during the meeting of leaders of the CIS member states, particularly the firm response directed at Ilham Aliyev.
“Encouraged by the consistent campaign to demonize the former officials in Armenia, Aliyev took the opportunity to attempt to tarnish Garegin Nzhdeh's reputation and blamed the Republican Party. Pashinyan's response was appropriate. When the internal political agenda is set aside and the state agenda comes forward, we will see whether this becomes a norm or not...” Ashotyan wrote.
