Armenian Wrestling Team Roster Announced for World Championship in Nur-Sultan
The head coach of the Armenian freestyle wrestling team, Habibnek Kurghinyan, announced the team roster for the World Championship scheduled to take place from September 14-22 in the capital of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.
The Armenian team includes:
- Arsen Harutyunyan (57 kg)
- Vazgen Tevanyan (65 kg)
- Varuzhan Kajoyan (74 kg)
- Grigor Grigoryan (79 kg)
- Hovhannes Mkrtchyan (86 kg)
- Levan Berianidze (125 kg)
It is important to note that this World Championship will serve as a qualifying event for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
