324 Fire Alerts in 7 Days: Ministry of Emergency Situations Reports Data
The National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reported that from August 26 to September 1, a total of 650 incidents were recorded, of which 420 were classified as emergencies.
During this period, there were 164 domestic calls, 324 fire alerts, and 86 road traffic accidents, resulting in 3 fatalities and 108 injuries. As a part of the rescue operations, 13 citizens were saved.
Citizens reported 23 cases of snake sightings, with rescuers discovering snakes in 10 of those instances.
Additionally, there were 6 cases of poisoning during the week, affecting 54 individuals.
