Prime Minister Pashinyan Does Not Visit Gndevaz Village During Jermuk Trip, Residents Express Discontent
Residents of Gndevaz village are expressing dissatisfaction that Prime Minister Pashinyan did not visit their community during his trip to Jermuk today. One of the citizens remarked, "If he came to Jermuk, why didn't he come to Gndevaz?" Another added, "He deceived us, he deceived us again today."
It should be noted that this morning, Nikol Pashinyan traveled to Jermuk with the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, Suren Papikyan. Pashinyan gave a speech in the Jermuk square and then toured Saravan, where residents mainly indicated that they are in favor of the mine's exploitation. He is currently in Gorayk.
Here, a reporter asked Pashinyan why he did not go to Gndevaz, as residents were waiting for a meeting with him and are against the mine's opening. This inquiry surprised Pashinyan, who countered, "But they say the residents of Gndevaz are in favor."
