The design work for a 71-story skyscraper named 'Forget-Me-Not', standing 270 meters tall, will take approximately two years, followed by five years of construction. Representatives from Laura Investment announced this to Armenia's Minister of Economy, Tigran Khachatryan.
The total investment will amount to $270 million. The construction is planned to take place in the area adjacent to the current Dalma Gardens, where the company has also been proposed to create and enhance infrastructure, including parks, playgrounds, a recreational zone, and a cable car.
Minister Khachatryan assured that the investors would feel the ministry's support in all necessary matters. He suggested exploring the potential for utilizing local production capabilities during the implementation of the project.
During the meeting, steps to ensure the seismic stability of the complex were also presented. The complex will be constructed in the southern part of the capital, near Admiral Isakov Boulevard.
