Attempt to Kidnap the Son of the Village Leader of Hatzashen

An extraordinary incident occurred on August 20 in the Aragatsotn region. According to Shamshyan.com, a resident of Hatzashen village, 42-year-old Vachagan Davtyan, reported to the Talin police that on the same day, around 2:00 PM, his ex-wife, 35-year-old Armine Ghazaryan, and her father, 62-year-old Ashot Ghazaryan, came to his home.

Davtyan informed the police that they illegally entered his house, where A. Ghazaryan attempted to kidnap his 9-year-old son. His sister, 44-year-old S. D., and her 20-year-old daughter, N. M., intervened, and seeing that the kidnapping of the child was unsuccessful, A. Ghazaryan left the house.

According to G. Shamshyan, V. Davtyan is the leader of Hatzashen community. Preparations for the investigation are underway. The police are searching for Ashot and Armine Ghazaryan.
