Fire Near Voghjaberd Village: Grassland Ablaze

On August 18, at 17:33, the "911" service received a report about a fire in the grassland adjacent to Voghjaberd village in the Kotayk province. A firefighting unit from the rescue department of Yerevan was dispatched to the scene.

Due to the necessity, two more firefighting units from the Yerevan rescue department were also sent to the location. It was determined that 14 hectares of grassland were burning.
