Hundreds Seek Medical Assistance Due to Sandstorm in Iran
In the Sistan and Baluchestan province of Iran, 465 people have sought medical assistance following a sandstorm, reports the IRNA news agency. The speed of the sandstorm in the city of Zabol exceeded 70 km/h. Visibility at the city's airport was reported to be only 600 meters.
Of the 465 individuals affected, 127 were hospitalized, while the remaining received outpatient treatment. Many Iranians have complained of heart issues, as well as visual and respiratory problems.
