22-Year-Old Driver Hits Mother and Minor Daughter
Yesterday, a hit-and-run incident occurred in the Lori Province. Around 12:50 PM, 22-year-old Arman Revazyan from the city of Alaverdi was involved in the incident while driving a Mercedes with the license plate 35 RF 317 near the address Tumanyan 5 in the city of Vanadzor. He struck 38-year-old Armine Arakelyan and her 5-year-old daughter Hasmik Kocinyan, who are residents of the village of Margahovit in Lori Province.
According to photojournalist Gadik Shamshyan, the victims were transferred to the Vanadzor Medical Center by ambulance. Responding swiftly, officers from the 1st platoon of the 5th battalion of the traffic police headquarters arrived at the scene, led by platoon commander Garik Martirosyan. Senior investigator Armen Petrosyan from the traffic police is preparing materials on the incident.
