Drivers Have 48 Hours to Remove Vehicles from Noragavit Customs Area: RA SC
The State Revenue Committee announces that strict control has been imposed in the customs control area managed by the RA Customs House in Noragavit, where vehicles with completed customs procedures are located.
According to Article 441, Part 1 of the Customs Code of the EAEU and Article 122, Part 4 of the RA Law on Customs Regulation, vehicles released after customs procedures must be removed from the customs control area within a reasonable timeframe (within 48 hours).
The customs control area cannot be used as a storage or parking space for vehicles that are released as a result of customs procedures. Given the above, the RA SC urges vehicle owners who have previously undergone customs clearance or will undergo it henceforth to remove their vehicles from the customs control area (the Noragavit customs area) within 48 hours; otherwise, these vehicles will be removed from the customs control area by the RA SC at its own expense.
