Bomb Threat Reported at Batumi State University Building

Batumi State University has received a report regarding the placement of a bomb in its building. The information about the bomb's presence was sent to the educational institution via email. The university's rector has confirmed this information, stating that the email indicated the bomb would explode within 48 hours.

Although he considered the threat to be false, evacuation procedures have commenced at the university.

A similar threat was reported at the Tbilisi Multi-Profile Sports Medicine Center No. 13. The clinic also received an email with similar content. According to the clinic’s director, rescuers arrived at the scene, but no announcement for a mass evacuation was made, although many individuals left the clinic.
