Rescuers Bring Citizens to Shore
On July 28, at 14:06, the 911 service received information that a specialized water rescue team conducting duty at the public beach of Lake Sevan in the Gegharkunik region had spotted citizens in rubber boats who were unable to reach the shore by themselves.
An operational group from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' rescue team was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers successfully brought four citizens and two rubber boats to shore from a distance of approximately 1 km.
