We Are Still Searching for Vano Sirdaghyants, Police Chief
Today, during a press conference, the Chief of Police of Armenia, Valery Osipyan, responded to a question from ArmDaily.am's correspondent regarding the claim that Vano Sirdaghyants should return to Armenia. Osipyan replied, "I have not thought about this issue; one can think about it by evaluating the act."
When further questioned by journalists about what he meant by 'thinking,' he clarified, "The police are constantly performing their duties. We have serious cases that are being solved with hot tracks, but we also have minor cases that seem like they should be solved immediately but remain unsolved for years. I want to emphasize that the police forget nothing. There are relevant officials who are responsible for investigating each case. Therefore, we are still searching for Vano Sirdaghyants now."
