Video: Death Toll from Floods in Irkutsk Reaches 25
In the Irkutsk region of Russia, the death toll from the floods has reached 25, with another 11 individuals currently reported missing. According to reports from Azatutyun, 107 settlements have been affected by the flooding, and approximately 33,000 people have been evacuated.
Authorities state that the situation is gradually stabilizing as water levels begin to recede.
