60 Bottles of Cognac Stolen from a Basement in Yerevan
On July 6, it was reported that 60 bottles of Armenian cognac, including 1980 vintage "Nairi" and other brand names, were stolen from the basement of an apartment on Kievyan Street by breaking the entrance door with technical means.
The police report that on July 8, at 11 AM, based on obtained operational data, Arabkir criminal investigators detained two men, aged 29 and 34, from the villages of Akori and Kachachkut in Lori Province, on suspicion of the theft.
They were presented to the investigative department and provided confession testimony. Measures are being taken to recover the stolen goods. An investigation is underway.
