New Appointment by the Prime Minister's Decision
By the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, Lilia Shushanyan has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.
"Based on Article 7, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Structure and Activities of the Government and Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Normative Legal Acts: 1. Lilia Shushanyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, is appointed as the official representative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the Intergovernmental Council on Exploration, Use, and Conservation of Subsurface Resources of the CIS. 2. The decision No. 958-A of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia dated November 10, 2010, is hereby declared null and void."
