Lilia Shushanyan Appointed as Armenia's Representative in CIS Intergovernmental Council on Subsoil Exploration, Use, and Protection

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision to appoint Lilia Shushanyan as the official representative of the Republic of Armenia in the CIS Intergovernmental Council on Subsoil Exploration, Use, and Protection.

According to the text of the decision, "Based on Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and Article 37 of the Law on Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Armenia, 1. To appoint Lilia Shushanyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, as the official representative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the CIS Intergovernmental Council on Subsoil Exploration, Use, and Protection. 2. The decision No. 958-A of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia dated November 10, 2010, is hereby repealed," said the text of the decision.
