Armenian NPP to Receive Nuclear Fuel from Rosatom
The fuel company TVEL of the state corporation Rosatom and the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP) have signed contractual documents for the supply of nuclear fuel to the power plant for the years 2019-2020, according to a statement from TVEL's press service.
Earlier, based on documents signed in 2017, a reserve of nuclear fuel was created at the power plant.
“The latest amendments to the main contract not only meet all the fresh nuclear fuel requirements of the Armenian NPP but also replenish its reserves, enhancing the reliability of fuel supply for the reactor,” said Oleg Grigoriev, a representative of TVEL.
