Rescuers Pull Citizen from Gorge
On June 18, at 12:16 PM, the 911 service received a call that a citizen had fallen and injured their leg in the area known as "Pupukz Khar" on Shamakhyans street in Dilijan, Tavush province. Rescuers were requested for assistance.
A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched one operational unit to the scene. The rescuers managed to pull J. A. from a gorge approximately 400 meters deep and transferred them to an ambulance.
J. A. has been hospitalized at the Dilijan Medical Center, where doctors assessed the injured person's health condition as satisfactory.
