Car Accident in Yerevan: Nissan Crashes into Electric Pole, Injured Driver Found Outside the Vehicle

A major car accident occurred in Yerevan today, June 15. Around 03:50, 26-year-old resident Armen Poghosyan was driving a Nissan Tiida with license plate 35 NP 391 on Myasnikyan Avenue, in front of the 'Bellagio' restaurant complex, when he lost control of the vehicle. He veered off the roadway, crashed into a basalt curb, and subsequently collided with an electric pole.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the driver was found outside the vehicle by the emergency responders from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' number 8 fire and rescue squad and rapid response team, and was transported to the number 1 university hospital.
