Changes to the Labor Code Will Take Place, Says Zaruhy Batoyan
The Labor and Health Inspection Body is increasingly focusing on health issues. "Currently, we have no other function in this regard than to formulate and encourage policy," said the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhy Batoyan during a Facebook press conference with Radio Liberty, while discussing working hours.
According to Zaruhy Batoyan, changes will be made to the Labor Code, aligning it with international standards.
Addressing the topic of wheelchairs, Zaruhy Batoyan mentioned that the ministry provides a certificate worth 95,000 drams, which can be used to purchase a wheelchair, allowing individuals to choose the type they prefer.
