Political Scientist Surprised and Outraged After the Prime Minister's Briefing
Political scientist Aghasi Yenokyan wrote on his Facebook page: “I was not able to fully watch Nikol Pashinyan’s press conference. I was surprised and outraged from the very first fact: ‘This year’s budget revenues will exceed not by 40 billion drams as I announced, but by 62 billion drams.’
This means that the government and its leader, the Prime Minister, have performed poorly, and the budget was miscalculated. This means that salaries and pensions for 62 billion drams have not been raised. This means that 62 billion drams will not enter the economy, which would have multiplied and significantly increased; in other words, this means a loss of about 200 billion drams. Instead of covering up the incompetence, they are proud of it.”
