The Director of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, came to me two or three times from the beginning when it was clear in which direction Davit Sanasaryan's case was going. He asked me to transfer the case to the Special Investigative Service because they feel constrained by the suspicions that the case will not be reviewed objectively within the NSS. This was announced by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press conference summarizing his one year in office.
