Citizen Files Lawsuit Against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan
A citizen named Khachatur Ghalechyan has filed a lawsuit against the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. This information was provided to Tert.am by the judicial information system.
Ghalechyan has demanded that the court recognize Prime Minister Pashinyan as a liar and morally bankrupt, and request an apology from him, as well as compensation for moral damages. The case has been assigned to Judge Yerem Yesoyan of the First Instance General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, who has rejected the lawsuit. The citizen has subsequently filed a petition for reconsideration.
The reconsideration petition submitted by Khachatur Ghalechyan has been returned by the Civil Court of Appeal. Following the return of the petition, any violations present in the appeal must be rectified, and if resubmitted within three days after receiving the decision, the appeal will be considered accepted by the court.
