Former employee of the Ambulance Service, Dr. Vahram Bulghadyan, continues to share astonishing stories of emergency calls.

His latest post discusses a 4-year-old child, Narek, who reportedly experienced a drop in blood pressure due to hypotension.

“In Issue 2 of ‘Vripak’… 4-year-old Narek had a drop in pressure. It’s interesting how they measured it… This kind of reckless working style harms citizens who genuinely require urgent medical assistance, and the state bears the losses,” Bulghadyan wrote, attaching a photo.

His previous post, regarding 64-year-old pregnant Seyran, who was mistakenly noted as having given birth in her medical history, caused a significant uproar and became a real joke online. The doctor had raised concerns that this could be a method of money laundering from the budget.
