Government Abolishes Bank Established by Serj Sargsyan's Address

The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports: "The Government of Armenia intends to annul the law on the Pan-Armenian Bank, which was adopted back in December 2008 following President Serj Sargsyan's address to the National Assembly.

This type of bank was legally established, but in reality, it never became an operational entity. Now, the new government is also abolishing this formal structure."
