Another Hunger Striker Ends Hunger Strike

Ara Tatosyan, who had declared a hunger strike in the "Armavir" penitentiary, has ended his hunger strike at the urging of MP Naira Zohrabyan. This information was shared by Zohrabyan on her Facebook page.

"Today, at my request, Ara Tatosyan, who had declared a hunger strike in the 'Armavir' penitentiary, ended his hunger strike. The amnesty was not applied to Tatosyan for unclear reasons, despite the fact that his article is subject to amnesty. I believe that the court should discuss this case immediately, and like always, I will be persistent," she wrote, attaching Tatosyan's application addressed to the head of the 'Armavir' penitentiary.

Tatosyan stated in his application that he is ending the hunger strike because Naira Zohrabyan promised to support him within the framework of the law, and he is confident that she is a person of her word.
