VIDEO: Two Bottles of Vodka Stolen from Supermarket, Causing Significant Property Damage
The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia is taking steps to identify the individuals responsible for a theft that occurred at a supermarket in the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan.
According to preliminary data, on December 30, 2018, at approximately 17:50, individuals allegedly committed a crime at a supermarket located on Bagratuniats Street in Yerevan, stealing two bottles of vodka and causing significant property damage.
Following the incident, a criminal case was initiated by the Shengavit police department under part 1 of Article 177 of the RA Criminal Code, with the preliminary investigation being carried out by the Shengavit administrative district division of the Yerevan Investigative Committee.
During the investigation, recordings from the surveillance cameras installed at the supermarket have been received and examined.
In order to ensure a comprehensive, objective, and thorough investigation of the criminal case, measures are being undertaken to locate the persons depicted in the recordings.
We urge the individuals mentioned to present themselves to the investigating body or anyone who recognizes them, or has any information regarding their identity or whereabouts, to inform the Shengavit division of the RA Investigative Committee.
