Spain Needs Migrants, Says Prime Minister
Spain needs migrants. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sánchez.
“We really need migrants – we need workers for an economy that is growing four times faster than that of the Eurozone. There are political forces that label migrants and present them as if they are potential criminals. There is indeed crime among migrants, but it also exists among the native population of the host countries.”
“Europe must show solidarity. It was created on the basis of solidarity and must demonstrate solidarity in Lampedusa, Greenland, and Ceuta,” stated Prime Minister Sánchez.
