Lawyer Reveals Conditions Under Which Kocharyans Could Seek Reconciliation

The Kocharyans could pursue reconciliation if the prosecution withdraws the charges and offers an apology. This was stated by lawyer Aram Orbelyan at a press conference on August 31.
