The temporary manager of HETC, Romanos Petrosyan, wrote on Facebook: "Due to the hot weather conditions, the electricity consumption load is increasing this season, which inevitably leads to accidents in the distribution network of overhead lines and cables.
In the video, an underground cable accident occurred hours ago on one of the streets in the Kentron administrative district. Our duty units are currently on-site conducting emergency recovery work," the publication states.
