Papikyan on the Fate of Deserters

Samvel Karapetyan, yesterday I asked a simple question: why haven't six boys from your family served in the Armenian army? This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, in a released video.

"Now they are making a fuss, they want us to be martyrs, listen! Deserters do not become martyrs when they fall from their heights, they do not become martyrs at all," said the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan.
